WHAT WILL THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
This means that straight away you’ll be learning great practical techniques and taking the first steps to improve your strength, confidence, flexibility and stamina.
Working on an ongoing exciting 30-week rotational programme, each week deals with a specific skill set. Every part of the syllabus is covered in depth without having the repetitive and sometimes boring element of students repeating the same thing week in, week out. Our exceptional class content is drawn from the following martial arts :- Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Jeet Kun Do (JKD) Muay Thai and of course Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). This is undoubtably one of the popular self defence / Martial Arts classes currently running in the Coventry Area.

WHO ARE THE CLASSES DESIGNED FOR?
These are for adults only and are suitable for both men and women. In these sessions we have people just like YOU ! Teachers, Doctors, Housewives, Students, Engineers Policemen and Fire service personnel – in fact just about anyone can benefit from this class
This is our advanced training group that meets at 8.00pm on a Monday. This is open to purple belts and above. The core concepts are very different from the normal self defence classes we run in Coventry. Here we train in Car Parks, the Street, Pubs and Clubs to bring a far more in depth martial arts training mindset to our classes. Not for the faint hearted.
