This means that straight away you’ll be learning great practical techniques and taking the first steps to improve your strength, flexibility and stamina.

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is one of the fastest growing sports in the U.K. Now that the sport is free of the overregulation of the past, the sport is really taking off – especially at the local level. MMA is often called Ultimate Fighting after the top promotion in America, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
The point of MMA is to bring together martial arts such as wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, judo and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) within one exciting, fun, safe class at Coventry's number 1 martial arts school. You will get fitter, stronger, more flexible, confident and maybe even one day join our professional fight team and compete yourself in the UFC.
The Way of the Spiritual Warrior has undoubtably the finest facilities in the Coventry area including a huge matted area, an Octagon Cage and world class instructors. We are proud to be backed by UFC legend Royce Gracie who is a regular visitor to our Academy making it one of only a few clubs that he visits in England. But truly above all it is a club with no attitude and no ego's and as was recently quoted to me NO plastic gangsters.
In addition The Way of the Spiritual Warrior has unparralled access to some of the greatest MMA stars in the world today. Over the past few years we have hosted such greats as Chuck “the Iceman” Liddell, UFC legend Royce Gracie, UFC and Strikeforce Champion Alistair Overeem, K1 World Champion Remy Bonjaski and Ian "the Machine" Freeman
