Want to try Muay Thai/Kickboxing art for all-round fitness?
The Way of the Spiritual Warrior offers participants a fantastic all-round aerobic and anaerobic workout, and also helps to develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination. In short, we'll give structure to your learning and teach you skills to boost mind, body and spirit.
We use a mixture of non-contact kickboxing/Muay Thai sparring, combinations, sparring, bag work, pad work and more to take your fitness to new levels. We want to inspire you – but most of all we want you to have fun.
