Ladies Only Martial Arts Classes in Coventry
Ladies Self Defence Classes
Way of the Spiritual Warrior provides tailored female self defence courses taught by a women for women.
The positive benefits of this class include weight loss, toning, guaranteed fitness and making new friends just like you.
These session are individually tailored to the participant, focusing on:
- Self Esteem and Confidence
- Awareness, Assessment and Avoidance of conflict and physical threat.
- Mindset. Creating the will of not becoming a victim
- Easily retained, effective, simple and direct physical techniques
- Effective break-away techniques
- Building the confidence and mindset of a difficult target
- Understanding adrenaline and stress
- The Law and Self Defence
- Understanding the rituals of today’s violence.
Participants in high risk professions will also receive tuition tailored to their specific needs and requirements. Our instructors have provided tuition for:
- Medical Professionals
- Police Officers
- Social Services
- Probation Officers
- Medical and Local Government Receptionists
- Support groups for victims of abuse.
- School Teachers
- Fire Service
We are more than happy to discuss and cater to individual requirements for one on one tuition. We structure courses on the requirement of the participants to include self protection in the work-place, home and in the street. These are female only sessions designed to encourage a positive and empowering training experience.
Classes on a Sunday at 11.00am
Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced students
